How fast do you respond?+
One business day, guaranteed. Most inbound gets a reply within four hours because — ironically — I practice what I preach.
Do you travel outside Michigan?+
Yes, for Rebuild and Overhaul engagements. The Audit is Southeast Michigan / Midwest in-person only. Farther than that and it becomes Zoom-and-phone.
Can I just buy two hours of your time?+
No. I don't do hourly or advisory-retainer work. Every engagement is fixed-scope and fixed-price, starting with the Audit — and the number gets set once I understand your shop.
What's the wait right now?+
I'm booked about 8 weeks out for new audits, 6 months for full rebuilds. Fit calls happen within a week — usually faster.
Is there an NDA?+
Happy to sign yours or use a plain two-page mutual NDA I already have. Most clients don't bother; I keep everything confidential either way.
